We are on a journey and we wish to share this journey with any one interested in

the health and wellness of either humans, animals, or the earth. We moved onto

our ranch in 2011 and immediately started farming conventionally, it didn’t take

more than 2 years till we saw that this was not a path we wanted to take. We then

started researching and educating ourselves on another way and found

regenerative gurus that spoke a language that made a lot of sense to us. As we

enjoyed the hands on, thinking, observing mode of farming it didn’t take much to

prod us on an adventure that to this day keeps opening up more vistas. The more

we learn the more we realize how much more we still have to master.

Through the mentoring of people like Ian Mitchell-Innes, Greg Judy, Allen

Williams, Gabe Brown, Ray Archuleta, Steve & Judy Freeman, Shane New, the

Weston Price Foundation, and countless others we slowly started moving into a

more natural way of keeping and caring for animals. It is an adventure, not a

destination; as the seasons come and go and nature fluctuates from year to year

we see multiple changes gradually happen not only with the earth and the wildlife

but also the animals in our care and ourselves.

We are a Christian, homeschooling, family consisting of husband and daddy,

James, wife and mom, Carolyn and our 4 children, Jeremy, Isabelle, Alex, and

Jesse. They have all participated in the care of the ranch and the keeping of

animals along with the enjoyable daily immersion of nature.

As we have faced our share of health issues over the years we have become

more convinced of the importance of clean, healthy, natural food prepared and

eaten in the state God created it to be. So with that propelling us to provide

healthy food for ourselves, it only makes sense to walk the walk on all of our ranch

production, not just the garden produce and proteins we produce for ourselves.
